Do you love creating high quality and impacting environments where people can encounter Jesus? Are you passionate about audio, lighting, video, broadcast, technology, and building volunteer teams? VantagePoint Church is looking for a high-capacity Production Director to lead and elevate every aspect of production ministry across our growing church.
VantagePoint is a multi-site church reaching more than 3,000 people each weekend and is passionate about helping people find and follow Jesus. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and creating environments that remove distractions and point people toward Christ.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all aspects of church production, including audio, video, lighting, broadcast, cameras, and AVL systems.
- Oversee production for weekend services, special events, conferences, worship nights, and ministry gatherings.
- Recruit, train, and develop production volunteers and team leaders.
- Partner with Worship, Creative, Communications, and Campus leaders to create exceptional experiences.
- Maintain and improve production systems, infrastructure, and workflows.
- Help shape the future of production ministry as VantagePoint continues to grow and expand.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a growing relationship with Jesus and is fully aligned with the mission and values of VantagePoint Church.
- Has proven experience leading church production, live events, or technical production environments.
- Is highly skilled in audio, video, lighting, and live production systems.
- Loves building teams and developing volunteers.
- Is organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Brings both technical excellence and strong leadership ability.
Technical Experience Needed:
- Professional audio systems and live mixing
- Lighting design and programming
- Video production and broadcast systems
- LED wall systems and visual environments
- Production networking and AVL infrastructure
- ProPresenter, Dante, Companion, and related production technologies
