The VantagePoint Internship is not your typical internship.
Here, you won’t just observe ministry - you’ll step into it.
Interns are given real responsibility and real opportunities to lead. You’ll be deeply involved in the planning, creating, and execution of our Wednesday and Sunday ministry environments across VantagePoint’s campuses.

Who is the internship for?
This internship is designed for sophomore and junior college students, or young adults of a similar age, who desire to grow in their faith, develop leadership skills, and serve in the local church.
We’re looking for interns who are:
- Faithfully involved in their local church
- A strong fit with VantagePoint’s culture
- Teachable, hungry, and motivated to grow
- Ready to make a difference for God’s Kingdom

How long is the internship?
We currently offer multiple tracks:
- 3 month track (approximately 11 weeks)
- 6 month track (approximately 21 weeks)
- 1 year track
- 3 month track (approximately 11 weeks)
- 6 month track (approximately 21 weeks)
- 1 year track
Where will I live?
Non-local interns may apply for the Semester or Full Track A (approximately 32+ hours per week). Housing may be available for these tracks.
Local interns are expected to live within proximity to their assigned campus.

Can I have a second job?
Yes, part-time work is allowed. However, your internship schedule and responsibilities must remain your top priority.
Is transportation provided?
No. Interns are responsible for their own transportation. Most office hours, events, and activities take place at our Eastvale Campus.
Will I be paid?
Most internships are unpaid. Limited compensation may be available for non-local interns and/or special circumstances.
How many hours?
Hours vary based on your program track and can range from approximately:
