The Opportunity:

The Next Gen Worship Director will provide leadership for worship across our Preteen, Junior High, High School, & Young Adult ministries.

This role includes:
  • Leading worship regularly in student ministry environments
  • Recruiting and developing student and adult worship team members
  • Identifying and mentoring future worship leaders
  • Building healthy worship cultures and teams
  • Working with Next Gen and Worship Staff and teams to create engaging, Christ-centered experiences
  • Helping students discover and use their God-given gifts

  • You are a worship leader first and a musician second.
  • You love being on stage, but you are even more passionate about who is standing next to you on stage.
  • You see potential in students before they see it in themselves.
  • You understand that success is not measured by how many songs you lead, but by how many leaders you develop.
  • You are spiritually mature, relationally engaging, highly teachable, and passionate about helping students take ownership of their faith.
  • You combine musical excellence with genuine humility and are more interested in building people than building a platform.

  • Student worship teams are growing in both skill and spiritual maturity.
  • New leaders are consistently being identified and developed.
  • Worship environments are engaging, authentic, and Christ-centered.

The Right Candidate


The ideal candidate is a gifted worship leader with experience leading worship in student ministry, church, or similar ministry environments. They possess strong musical ability, a heart for discipleship, and a passion for helping students grow in both their faith and leadership.

Most importantly, they believe that the greatest measure of success is not how many people they lead in worship today, but how many leaders they are raising up for tomorrow.
