Elementary School Coordinator

The Elementary School Coordinator position might be for you if:

  • Promote quality and teamwork through Elementary trainings and fellowship opportunities
  • Assist with VPKids orientation, training, outreach, Summer Event/VBS, annual conference, and special events
  • Call potential volunteers to find their strengths so that they can be properly assigned
  • Seek out potential leaders and assist with keeping the pipeline filled 
  • Disciple two people within your team with the goal of developing their leadership
  • Provide innovative suggestions to improve our children’s ministry
  • Attend weekly staff and coordinator meetings when possible
  • Attend monthly classroom leader meeting (currently 3rd Sunday at 1:30pm)
  • Rotate as Service Assistant one Sunday night per month
  • Review weekly elementary service lead classroom checklists, and respond to action items
